  • I’m hanging in there, even though the weight is coming off very slowly now. That’s ok because I made it this round! Completed day 19 of my jump rope challenge and tomorrow is a rest day! Yay for rest days... bummer that my Fitbit is glitching but they are sending a replacement. Below is a face comparison from one year ago to today. Let’s keep moving forward!

I’ve been feeling good, staying motivated by thinking of the end goal & how I’ll feel more comfortable in my clothes. A few slip ups here and there, especially with all the life stress due to covid, but hanging in there! Good luck in the next weigh in!

I’ve made goal for Round 1. Weight always seems to come off a little easier when starting. I think this next round will be my most difficult, especially since I’ll be on a mini vacation from work on the next weigh-in day. Here we go!!!... Good luck on Round 2 everyone!!!

I’m trying something a little different. All my clothes are feeling tight and make me feel horrible, so instead of putting a lot of pressure on myself to lose weight quickly, I’m investing in a few new (bigger size) summer items that will make me feel good and will keep me motivated to keep losing. I’ve been walking regularly since the pandemic started (🇨🇦) and now incorporating a daily Jillian Michaels Shred workout - feeling motivated!! 👍

Sounds like you are doing what you need to do to make things work. Change it up if what you were doing wasn't working! Good plan. You're doing the opposite of me right now. I'm wearing snug pants hoping it keeps reminding me to be good : ) Also, I'm not working out yet. I plan to add in some exercise once the calorie deficit drops me a few pounds and gives me the motivation to get working to keep it going.
