Hi y’all! I have been working on my weight loss for some time. I have slowly knocked 60lb off over 2 years, but in the last two months, my binge eating habits have creeped back in and the weight is trending up. I’m hoping something like this can be the accountability I need to get back on track.

I completely feel for you. I’ve had trouble really finding the right spot that helps. I do love diet bet. It helps to definitely keep involved daily posting even in the struggle. Additional to this I found a local group of folks to keep me accountable as well. Do what you need to do you are worth it!!! Find your reason for wanting this and keep giving yourself reminders.
