Non-scale victory of the week!

First time ever that I fasted for 24 hours - that was mainly to ensure I made my kickstarter goal. It was not difficult since I have been doing IF and sometimes OMAD. But I did it and really felt good.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Definitely exercised as this has always been my stuggle. But I did committ to exercise everyday this month as well as make real efforts to get to my goal of 10,000 steps per day. Yesterday was my best result at 8115 steps. Just shy of my goal. On to pushing to better activity results.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I thought I'd post my plans for this month. While I have already met my round 4 goal for this transformer, it happened because I was also in kickstarters each month, I really struggled with deciding whether or not to enter another kickstarter since February's kickstarter was very stressful and hard for me to win. I talked it over with my husband, and he had some great advice. He said that my focus, diligence and choices been very goal centered when I am working through a kickstarter and even if I don't make the game, my goal of losing weight has been successful and that is the main objective. So I will be starting another kickstarter. In addition, I have added --- yes wait for it --- exercise to my journey. I hope this new addition to my weight loss journey adds to my success.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Eating full Keto since Monday. But still having low carb alcohol - since Bobby's still sick. It's a stupid excuse and I think today I'm going to just say no. I added intermittent fasting with my eating time as 11 to 7. And I'm still putting sugar free coffeemate in my coffee so am I really still fasting? I don't think so. Anyway, the scale is going up instead of down. I have a big feeling its due to the alcohol. But today, I am going to start weighing my food. The other very good thing is that I started riding the bike everyday. 45 minutes on non office days and 30 minutes on office days. Lifing weights on non-office days as well.

Well Its Wednesday before thanksgiving and on Sunday I was down to 247. 1 lb away from goal with 4 days to go. I am doing all the right things. And worked out hard in the yard on Sunday but when Monday rolled around I was back up to 251. What? In the world. Weight loss is so frustrating especially when you are following all the rule not cheating. So now 2 days later I am back Down to 149. But the game is over tomorrow is weigh in day and I would have to see a 3 lb loss. I don’t think it’s going to happen

So here I am back in the diet game. It took going over 250 lbs to snap me back into reality that the eating and drinking like a glutton needs to stop now!!! I came back to diet bet because it works. I have the support and accountability I need. I actually started my diet on Monday at 259.6 lbs. and when I saw that weight, I just about died. I joined my first 2 diet bet games on Wednesday already down to 256.2 and today - Friday I am at 253.6. I am already feeling so motivated. I am going to use all of the tools through diet bet to keep that motivation going. This week end, I need to put a work out plan together. I work and I know the challenge for me is not only fitting it in, but finding the motivation to do it. This is going to take some thought and commitment, for sure.
