Hi everyone! I’m in Colorado and excited that I’m actually doing something to help my current weight situation. I’ve always been very active but between an unfortunate onset of extremely painful arthritis in my foot and pre- menopause, I’m on an ugly downhill spiral and I need to take control over it and stop making excuses. Here’s to this challenge being step one!

Colorado too! And in Perimenopause (JOY!). Have you tried biking for your arthritis?

I have not. Biking has never brought me joy so it’s not something I do much. I’m going with rollerblading since it’s not moving my foot the same
