I’m having a haaaaard time round 2 but I just started a cleanse yesterday and it includes veggie smoothies and smooth soup. Big push last week and I don’t have to weigh in until 3/2 so that’ll give me time to drop! Fortunately I can still get back on track for other rounds too. It was hard to watch everyone eat sandwiches and potato soup today but my focus makes my drive stronger! We got this y’all!

  • I'm feeling more confident. I know the outfits are different, but I think I can see the difference. Even at those self checkouts at the store I wasnt completely grossed out at my reflection today. One month difference between photos. Down another 2lbs this week and down -23.6lbs total now.

Feeling down..still 5 lbs to go and that feels unattainable . Been the same weight since last weigh in, I have tried switching things up , but nothing seems to be working . ☹️

Don't fear the carbs! Carbs are good for you! Some carbs aren't going to make you gain weight when you're in a deficit. Sometimes when I am hungry I picture different food groups to figure out what my body is trying to signal it needs without allowing junk food to be the default.

Can U do more to calm ur mind? Anything to relax more: massage, yoga, meditation, a funny movie, peaceful music.

I do imagery (of little flakes of fat falling off - fat on arms, hitting the fat on back when I walk. Fat hitting n being knocked off).
Or calm breathing exercises (belly) and w/ exhale, imagine the flat belly as the new me.
