Was able to get back on track after a not so great start to the week

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

More exercise. Have had a lot of headaches this week so I couldn't bring myself to workout because I was miserable

None, I did terrible

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I almost gave up this week. I miss junk food, fast food, not worrying about if I'm eating too much. I had a couple of bad binge episodes - at a whole container of 5 layer dip with chips, a whole big bag of Cadbury mini eggs (my favorite candy), a medium buttered popcorn at the movies. I'm feeling really down on myself but I'm not going to give up.

Clothes definitely feeling better, stamina while walking has improved

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

My goal was to work out at least 10-15 minutes every day, but I didn't reach that goal. Will try again this week.

Walking the hilly trails around my house is getting easier. I don't get as winded anymore.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

My diet has pretty much sucked this past week. Wasn't being strict with meals and was starting to hear that familiar voice saying, "Give up. It would be so much easier if you just give up." I somehow got through that and am back on track and thankful that I still lost weight this week.

Continue eating healthy and small portions. Exercise in some capacity every day (could be a walk, exercise video, VR fitness, etc.)

Clothes are fitting a little looser, resisted most sweets cravings (only caved once, and only had a very small portion)

I still think I'm not eating enough. I need to get some healthy snacks for between meals. Also need to start working out regularly. Worked out only once, but did take my dogs for a walk a few times
