None

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have worked on my diet more. Instead I am continuously giving into bad habits and causing myself weight gain instead of weight loss.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Lose at least five pounds. Eat a yogurt and one serving of high fiber everyday. Drink a half gallon of water everyday. Workout at least three times this week.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Staying positive. Ate some more fruit and veggies. I went for a walk with my family at least 3 times this week.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I was not really trying this week. I just let it all go. I will try more this week for sure. I feel lousy and I do not want to continue to feel lousy. I need to work on more sleep.
