I could have worked on my diet more. Instead I am continuously giving into bad habits and causing myself weight gain instead of weight loss.

Lose at least five pounds. Eat a yogurt and one serving of high fiber everyday. Drink a half gallon of water everyday. Workout at least three times this week.
