Sedona is beautiful and it's just the r&r I needed. We fly home tomorrow.

It's our anniversary on Monday. I need to make it special, without involving food. How about plane tickets to Phoenix, driving to Sedona, and doing a Jeep tour? Shhhhh.......the trip is during the 1st week in May.

I had a wonderful little vacation in Hot Springs. I won not one, but 2 jackpots at the casino!

Dietwise, I could have done everything better, but I gained back less than a pound, so I'm ok.

I was able to dig in the dirt.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have worked out harder and more. I did a 7 mile hike early in the week, and had PT once this week, but I feel I could have done more. Also, I drank too much alcohol. None for me this week.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I had cervical injections (c2-c7) for a nerve block test today. The initial results are incredible. I feel good enough to tackle my first boot camp class tonight!
