I didn’t give in to the nagging want to drink. I also walked every day last week, and even started to run some. I did 3.5-6 miles every day. I also discovered I can fit into a few pieces of clothing I’ve been waiting to wear

I had a couple of days where I definitely could have smacked less. But at least it was low calorie high protein food.

Sort of a scale thing but nothing was good this week exercise wise cause I have a stress fracture in my foot. But I still managed to lose weight so I’d call that a victory
