Lol. It's the Turbo Fire Inferno Plan. It's a 5 day kick start workout and diet programme. I've been burning 550-700 calories each day and taking in about 1100 low carb calories. The plan says you can lose up to 10 pounds in the 5 days and as you can see its definitely working. I've only got 1 more day left, it's been a great way to start the New Year.

Chinique b. You can do this girl, first you need to build your energy back-up. Then do short (1 min) but fast exercises, slow down, then start over again within 1 min. It will burn calories much faster.
