What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

maintenance!!! Just 8 weeks ago I weighed in at 148, and I steadily started regaining pounds as I have lost focus on my diet! I was 235 at my highest adult weight (not pregnant) and I’m never going back to that!
