due to the high stress from work this week, I was able to achieve intermittent fasting a lot easier.

Was super sick this week so I barely ate. Still got those steps in though.

I was able to resist temptation and stat on my diet numerous times this week. Small victory!

Found some motivation to keep moving. Right now i'm not concerned with calories burned but rather getting those steps in!

When I did go for a walk, it could have been for longer.
