I’ve been able to make mostly healthy meal for the whole family, everyone seems to have more energy! We’ve been going on walks, swimming, cleaning the house! feels good!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

less dairy! make taco salad, and a creamy chicken meal, that I could have chose to not add so much dairy. trying to maintain a realistic life change, but the dairy could’ve been a little less!

Day one of new diet bets, at my heaviest:( so ready for a major life change! Need to do this not just for me but as an example for clay! he is following my example and i haven’t been setting a very good one:( that changes now!!!

I think my biggest win was not binging when I got home from work, I was so so tempted but I kept busy and then went to bed

I need to be more strict with my no carbs rule, and do the no dressing except oil and vinigar, I keep messing that up

My own lack of self control, especially after a long shift with no lunch break and all I want to do is emotionally eat
