What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
Making it a lifestyle change. Last time I kept the weight off a couple months. But in less than a year I gained it all back. And then even got up to about 200 lbs. Now, I have to loose weight again because my cholesterol is high and if I don't loose weight by april I will most likely have to take medication to control the cholesterol.
