My favorite things about this is the organizer is very active and supportive... and Mols.. you're real. That's appreciated. The two ways you can make it better for the next round is... give something away to me... lol.. I want to win... okay... to be real... I like the way you do the game and right now can't think of anything you can do differently. Please stay motivating and humble like you have been... that is the best part. The prizes are a bonus for those who win them. It's the support in your games that I need the most.

And the accountability... that's important as well.

As for improvements...maybe a challenge of what people eat that is low calorie yet filling & healthy. And maybe a first timers challenge? (Not sure if that’s trackable though?)

    I just wanted to quickly touch on an important subject: Self Doubt. This is something I’m coming across way too often!
    I’m going to share one of my favourite quotes with you.... “whether you think you can or whether you think you can’t, you’re right”.
    We forget we have an amazing fire within each and every one of us that when it is lit we can accomplish anything we put our mind to. Believe in yourself and all that you are. Believe in that fire! You know that there is something inside you that is greater than any obsicle.
    I challenge you to be STRONGER than your STRONGEST EXCUSE. Your mind is the most powerful tool in any goal no matter what type.... but most
    importantly in Health!

    For this weeks challenge I want to see how you are taking time out of your day to have some “me” time. To work on your mental health and truly putting effort into doing something nice for yourself. We are so focused on our physical health (which is great!) but I honestly believe this is something we should always work on. Your state of mind is a critical part in the faith we have in ourselves and the outcome of our efforts

So good to hear, being out in nature never fails on being the best way to de-stress!


  • So, my me time happens to also be gym time. My husband and I recently moved across the states and I'm a stay at home mom to an 10 month old. My husband is working on his Ph.D constantly. The only time I get to myself is the hour a day I go to the gym or on a run. During this time I listen to sermons or podcast and, in combination with the endorphins from exercises, I feel completely rejuvenated and like a new person. NOW, I won't miss exercise for anything, whereas I used to look for excuses as to why I couldn't make it.

  • Hi Guys, hard to believe we are in our final week.. Hope you are all proud of your efforts.. Due to a low number of players, I will be giving away a $25 gift card for the last prize (these prizes generally come out of my pocket unless it is a food item offered up by the company themselves) The gift card can be anywhere the winner chooses it to be from as long as it can be sent via email.
    Let's share some advice on how we get back into the game, how do we get over a gain, jump back on the wagon and move forward? This is something I am dealing with, I know what I need to do... I am just for some reason not doing it .. I keep telling myself, "oh I'll wait till this month is over and start fresh in September" but I don't want that attitude cause I'll just find an excuse to carry it forward and do the exact same thing next month ;) I'd love to hear some advice/tips..   • Hi everyone.. The kind folks over at https://farmandoven.com/ have offered up a box of their delicious bakery bites to one lucky winner.. These are so good and have 2 servings of vegetables in each pack. I was hesitant to try them because if you know me at all, let's just say Veggies and I don't have a good relationship haha!
