As almost everyone else have said: water!! I drink a gallon during those days I need an extra boost. Also staying away from anything that will cause extra inflammation.

    I am not much of a morning person and find Mondays especially hard. I like to plan my week ahead for walks, yoga, water classes and family time. All the things to look forward to!

I hate Mondays! I try to hop out of bed & jump in the shower real quick. The hot water energized me & make me feel better.

I just decided this week it doesn’t matter what day it is or what’s going on I MUST get up and get my workout in. Day 3 and no morning struggles so far!
