Non-scale victory of the week!

Resisting the temptation of langoosh. Fried dough is a no-no for we low-to-no carb kings.

Exercised according to a routine rather than haphazardly doing whatever I felt like.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Got a freestanding pull-up bar and Olympic barbell rack. No where doing a pull-up of course but now I've got a lot more I can do in the way of exercise routines. Behold! The new gym (see attached pic)

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I rocked it this week. I didn't do everything that I could have done, but I did everything I needed to. What I could have done better is meditate more to get my mind right; I didn't give in to temptation, but it was still there.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Repeat this week, plus optimize my time a bit. Meditate in the morning and the evening and kick the mental aspect of my food addiction (or at least make more progress on that front.)

Non-scale victory of the week!

Started working out more and took a short break from the diet to maintain for a week or so.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

More pool cardio. Moving around a lot at my size is painful on the back, which is not really an issue in the pool.
