Hey...i read your blog entries. Sounds like you have been doing great and you've got this one too!!! Are you going to do another DB challenge? I get your struggle. I stay away from the scale -- only weighing once or twice during the game. It is too discouraging for me. Also - I've just had people notice my weight loss. I hope you are there too. It is encouraging when they say something. Keep up the great work!
