  • Had a rough week ??????????? but I got back into CrossFit tonight and did my 1 mile run/walk max effort! I haven’t gained more then maybe 2 pounds but it’s time to kick it in high gear so I can win my bet! Hope you guys are having an amazing Friday!!!

  • Y’all if you haven’t tried Cut Da Carb you need to! I freakin loves these things and it helps me stay within my carbs for the day! Tonight I made a cheese pizza pocket with them and I made a egg and cheese pocket for tomorrow morning! I’m seriously in love though!!!

  • Happy Wednesday everyone!

    As promised here’s the 2nd workout for you all!
    This one requires a kettlebell and a jump rope, if you don’t have those items feel free to modify or replace them with a different movement.

    My recommendations if you don’t have a KB:
    30 air squats in replace of the kettlebell swings

    My recommendations if you don’t have a jump rope:
    100 knee highs instead of jump rope, jog in place for 1 minute or jumping jacks.

    If you are experianced at jump rope or a crossfitter you maybe able to do double unders which is why I included them as an option. Trying to give all levels a challenge!

    This workout is 4 rounds with a 1 minute rest in between each round. If you need a longer rest time then extend it, if you can only do 2 rounds then shorten the workout to your ability level! Please choose a kettlebell weight that is sustainable the entire workout. Let me know when you complete it and if you do the kettlebell & jump rope aswell!
