Food: To continue eating no sugar or dairy, and to work my way up to drinking 3.5 litres of water (currently at 2.5) every day. Exercise: to keep taking at least 7 flights of stairs twice a day. Add one flight every day. Sleep: Start taking magnesium. Sleep from 11:00pm-8am.
