Non-scale victory of the week!

I usually turn to food as my comfort and this last week I would normally have eaten a lot, but I don't want to lose money and I'm being held accountable so I made better choice than I normally would have. It feels good!

I should have drank more water.

Going to get out more with my kids. It's hot as heck, but it helps keep my kids and myself active.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I walked more than I ever have and I just feel good about that. I really pushed myself this week. Maybe a bit too much. I strained a muscle in my left ankle and had to keep ice on it. It still hurts pretty bad this morning so I'm not sure how my walk will be today. I'm still pretty proud of myself.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I've been sick this week so I'm not going to be too hard on myself. It's been difficult to eat due to my strep throat so I've stuck to frozen yogurt or yogurt. I didn't drink enough. I try to have 128 onces of water a day, but my throat was in too much pain.

I'm going to keep walking, but will really focus on my diet. I eat so much sugar I should be a diabetic. Recently had a miscarriage and I'm an emotional eater. I haven't dealt with it well.
