Non-scale victory of the week!
I usually turn to food as my comfort and this last week I would normally have eaten a lot, but I don't want to lose money and I'm being held accountable so I made better choice than I normally would have. It feels good!

Going to get out more with my kids. It's hot as heck, but it helps keep my kids and myself active.
