What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Reaching my goal hasn’t been a problem in the past. Once I set my mind to something, I do it! It’s KEEPING the weight off over the long term that I’ve struggled with. Here’s to losing the 30lbs I’ve put back on over the last yr and maintaining a healthier me!
