I understand the feeling, I was working out like crazy and did not lose an ounce. I don't know what to even do, short of completely overhauling my diet. I am also going to try and work out in the am and pm.

Thanks for your nice words! It would be nice if it would pay off though. I'm feeling very frustrated. I'm doing everything right and the scale has not budged!
