Non-scale victory of the week!

I didn't diet. I went gluten free. Ate salad and chicken and sushi and veggies. It was delicious. I tried to count calories. I drank as much water as I could. I went on stepbet and was the laziest walker but got it done before work every morning. Saturday will be the true test if I win.
