Today I want to talk about NON food related “rewards”. During my weight loss when I set goals, I wanted to have something to look forward to. When I hit 100 lbs lost I got my hair done! I want to make some updates to my bedroom, so for every 10 pounds I lose I am making an update. Starting out small like organizing baskets, and lamps, curtains, and moving up to bedside table, rug, painting the walls.

  • SET UP SUNDAYYYYYYYY!!!!!!

    Get those plans ready for our 3rd week! Set yourself up for success! Here’s an idea of something I have on my menu this week:

    Copycat McGriddles: Use protein pancake mix (I like Kodiak cake) and make 2 small pancakes. Layer scrambled egg, turkey sausage / or bacon, slice of velveeta cheese and a drizzle of sugar free syrup. SO YUMMY. Try it out!

    Can’t wait to see and hear all these yummy ideas! Happy Sunday everyone, let’s kill this week 👏????💗 Stay tuned for another air pod giveaway tomorrow!

    When you’re feeling that mid week slump, when your having that hard day where you don’t want to work towards your goal, when you think you aren’t making any progress and you just want to quit... remember your why

    Why are you doing this? Why do you want to lose weight? For me, it was for my son. To be the best and most active mom I could be. But also for me. To not have to take thyroid meds for the rest of my life. To not struggle to breathe just laying down in bed. To not be constantly hot, sweaty, miserable.

I used to do the Zumba one and I was obsessed with it! I don't know why I waited so long to try the Just Dance ones but it is so much fun! I love it.
