Non-scale victory of the week!

I used self control. There were things in the house that tempted me, I didn't deny myself, but I used my macros and only ate "enough" to move on to the next thing.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I'm not getting enough sleep. 5 hours is not enough a night. I need to be better about going to bed early.
