Hope you are enjoying the Transformer! I just posted this and thought you would like to see it as well so here ya go: As a followup to our discussion about the "evils" of sugar and empty carbs, I thought it would be helpful to present a perspective on what SHOULD we eat to be healthy and be able to successfully lose weight? Healthy fats are now IN folks!
