Erithrytol. Available in bulk on Amazon (I use Anthony’s). I’ve heard about Allulose recently, but it’s expensive so I haven’t tried it yet. My taste buds can’t abide stevia, wish they could since it’s natural. I use Swerve brown for keto carrot cake and Swerve confectioners for the cream cheese frosting. Yummmm!!!!

  • Soooooo close! 0.2 kg away from my round 2 goal. Need some serious motivation to behave this weekend... The only thing standing between me and a win is Saturday. Saturday is our “cheat day,” and the only day I drink alcohol. I’m thinking a dry Saturday may be in order. I don’t want to miss this one!

  • We’re close to scales! Do you have a routine for scale day? Any superstitions or rituals you want to share? 🍀

    I always wear the same outfit: a pink tank and black biking shorts, make sure I’m not wearing my watch or wedding rings. I brush my hair and of course go potty. (I used to LOVE the show Biggest Loser and it would drive me bananas when the contestants would go up with a ton of jewelry on like wwhhhyyyyyyy it comes down to ounccesssss... I don’t even wanna paint my nails this week 😂)

    I tease my husband about crazy things one could do to drop last min... floss my teeth, trim my nails, blow my nose, shave my head... haha and he thinks I’m ridiculous. 😝

    Are you hardcore? Do you try to sweat out extra ounces right before scales with an HIIT workout? Share your ways!

After a long fast and a work out I’ll weigh in the evenings. Only thing is I have to watch my water intake during the day which can be so hard!


I was going to say the same 5hing about Biggest Loser the JLynnW said. For me no real rituals except being diligent the few days before the weigh in.

I am sure I won’t get much sympathy, as it’s really the goal I wanted all along. I have lost 60lbs since June and 86 total. I tried on most of my dresses today and other clothing. I have one pair of jeans that fit, a few sweaters that work, one pair of shorts and workout clothing. That is it! I thought something would still fit but I haven’t tried things on in so long.There were a few pieces I was excited to wear and I missed the opportunity. I am not even sure where to start in replacing clothes. I know 🎻 poor me. I guess I just need to squeak by with what I have until I get the last 15lbs off.

If you have a sewing machine, you can run a seam up the sides of some dresses, shirts, or even pants to make them fit better until you reach your goal weight. I’ve done that quite a bit.


Dont want to be a downer but the last 10/15 takes a while- been there almost 2 yrs already so get a few cute things to tide you over- thrift shop is a great idea- i literally wear the same jeans almost daily- (or sweats or workout clothes) some are too big and some are two small.

I love this. I can eat an entire quart of Greek yogurt and I love caramel.


I’ve been making something we call apple fluff lately... Mix a tub of NF Greek yogurt with a packet of SF Jell-O pudding mix, can of crushed pineapple (in its own juice, NOT syrup) drained, and 1-2 chopped apples. Loving having the smart desert on hand!

What’s your plan this week leading up to the R2 weigh in?

I’m not weighing myself until the day of, but I am following OMAD every day and will finish the week with a 40hr fast.
Drinking at least 3L of water and keeping it simple with my meals being protein and crunchy watery vegetable heavy. Gonna limit dairy

I’ve only lost 3-ish pounds this round but already hit my R2 goal. I guess I went light and it shows.

I’m doing IF for 4 days into the weekend (on top of 75 hard which my body is now use to Day 62). I’m thinking about trying a 3 day egg fast. I’ve never heard of it & like eggs. This last pound to R2 is being stubborn, maybe an egg fast will knock it off. JLynnW any pointers or best recipes?

Yes JLynn- I need to do something different I’ve been on keto for three years and I added fasting in May 2019 but screwed up end of 2020. Only have 10 pounds to lose (again) but struggling. How do you do your egg fast and how much are you trying to lose total? These last 10 pounds are a bear
