I have been ‘yo-yoing’ my weight for years. We all go through seasons of hard times and lose sight of our health. Let’s make that change one challenge at a time!

Suggestion: Eliminate one small thing daily to help spark results. I have stopped that after dinner snack and swapped it for a glass of water these two weeks. I feel better in the mornings because of it. Good luck everyone!

My diet soda habit is what I'm going to give up. It's just a bad habit at this point and when I don't have it, I don't crave it.
