How about you take a day off. Like eat anything you want, laze around, do stuff you like. Totally guilt free.

And in the evening just sort of regroup and jot down a plan for next day. Don't make it too complicated - maybe like just 2 changes, one with respect to food and one about exercise.

Sometimes I'm like flapping around like a headless chicken and i give myself a day off. Like don't even think about tomorrow. Just relax and enjoy myself. And i find my mind clearing out with less stress

I write down the reasons this is worth it to me and read them several times a day. It gives my now brain that always once what it wants something else to think about.
