What do you feel you could have done better this week?

starting over from scratch, medical issues and not eating well are not good mixes. I am still recovering from bilateral blood clots in my lungs but pushing through. I'm teaching cheer to 9 five and 6 year olds. it's hard work but fun. here is to getting healthier and better physically

Get back on track with macros. My last diet bets I counted calories and estimated portion sizes and it bit me in the rush. I lost my bet which is a first. Will be pushing harder for sure
