Non-scale victory of the week!

My binge eating was non existent once again! I'm so excited about that!! Cravings are down sooo much and my nutrition is on point! I feel so energized and good about myself! I can see a difference in how my clothing fits which is so rewarding!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to work 5 times a week now instead of four. With that, also increase the intensity of the workouts.

I exercised as I was supposed to and no processed food was eaten! I felt with so much energy and my skin cleared up so much!
