Non-scale victory of the week!

Helping a friend meal prep and feeling confident about portion sizes as we tried new recipes from FIXATE. I was able to kindly say “no thanks” and didn’t feel guilty about not trying pastries and treats at a work event!

More WATER. 100 ounces everyday this week and my goal next week is 120!
