What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
For me this is just about getting back to my goal weight. In my fitness journey I have lost over 70 lbs total. Was incredibly motivated for about 2 years and then just stopped watching what I was eating so closely. I’m still super active and happy with my current weight. I just know I need to get my food closer to 80% healthy and 20% fun
