Non-scale victory of the week!

I finally am seeing my hormones regulate and my weight come off. Listening to my body and hiring a new healthcare team was the best decision ever!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I got my results back from the doc and I am not crazy. I and deficient in vitamin D and now I am on RX strength to fix my levels! I am ready feel better.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

sleep! My sleep patterns SUCK! I got a new alarm clock and I am starting to wake up on time.
