  • I might have posted before but I went way off the rails in December. I let family drama surrounding the holidays get the better of me and I ate and drank All.The. Things. I've been doing better since the footrest of the year, but got a cold and upon recovery from that, took a HUGE tumble down the stairs which did my back no favors. So my eating has been on point, but I've gotten next to no exercise. I'm happy to have lost over 5 of the 12 or 13 lbs I gained in month 2. Realistically, I know I'll miss the mark on month 3, but I truly believe I can catch up and still be in this going forward. I'm easing back into daily exercise, eating well, and drinking plenty of water. I've got this!

Having so many non scale wins but frustrated with the scale. Eating right, working out, down a size but the scale has barely moved!

I know this is a challenge based on the scale but those NSVs are so much more important and a bigger indicator of progress than a number on the scale. Keep up the amazing habits you’ve put into place and be proud of yourself!

What's everyone's fitness/ movement of choice? I do crossfit 3-4 times a week and usually walk 1-2 days a week.

Overcomer

Body Pump 2x per week. Zumba 1x per week. Spin class 2x. I walk my dogs when there's time and if schedule permits I take a general type fitness class that includes some strength training and a bit of cardio. I sometimes swap it out for a Body Flow class. I find classes motivate me the most.
