Non-scale victory of the week!

I made it through Mother’s Day with my family, sharing a meal but still staying focused and mindful of my lifestyle!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

With the Covid-19 quarantine entering it’s 3rd month, I can honestly say I am doing everything I could possibly do! We also have this huge renovation going on, so it’s very tricky to develop a routine for exercise, since all the equipment is in the basement! But I’m managing!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I did a perfect 2-day cleanse!! It felt amazing to reset and really clean out & detoxify.

More exercise, and more sleep!

My clothes are already beginning to fit better again! I’m also very happy that I’m choosing better snack options.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

A great many things could have gone better-mainly, I really need to get to bed earlier, and stop snacking at night altogether.

I recommitted to taking care of myself, and rejoined DietBet after over a year off!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I should have never stopped!

I am going to do a complete 180, and go back to following a 30-day schedule! This will include 2-day cleanses (and no cheating!), no snacking after 6 except for the bedtime belly buster, and 8 hours of sleep every night. I will also go back to 100 oz. of water daily!

Probably didn’t need that apple dumpling at Cracker Barrell . . .

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Continue to eat well, do a 2-day cleanse, excercise for 30 minutes (at least!) 4 or 5 days! I will continue to drink 100 oz. of water every day, and get 7 hours of sleep at night.

I will follow my program faithfully, and eliminate sweets for the coming week. I’ll also exercise 4 times this week, and get 7 hours of sleep each night. I will drink 100 ounces of water each day.
