Non-scale victory of the week!

Feeling better in my jeans for sure

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I meal prepped all my lunches but didn’t do it for my dinners so i May have ate a little more calories then i should have (not realizing it)

My thyroid problems. I don’t lose weight like a normal person does it takes me a lot longer unfortunately.
