Didn’t binge even though I was sick and wanted to eat all the carbs.

Not gotten sick? (Get your flu shots early folks, it sucks getting sick)

Scheduled and went to a meeting at the gym (it was the wrong class but whatever).

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Stayed at the gym after the meeting. Would have made it two workouts instead of one.
