I felt much more in control this week. My head was in a pretty good place. Maybe I’m finally coming out of my funk!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Set stricter boundaries on the iPad! Been more productive around the house. All in the name of alternate activities to distract from food.

Total scale victory - made my weigh in for January!! Woo hoo! It’s getting harder now that I’m down to the last few pounds. February’s wi will be a real challenge.

Monday, fat fast. Fast from 7:00 pm Monday until 12 or 6pm Wednesday. Fat fast Wednesday. Fast from 7:00pm Wednesday until 12 or 6 pm Friday. Fast from 7pm Friday until 10 am Sunday. NO SNACKING! Pay attention to my body. Am I really hungry or am I bored, thirsty, tired... etc. Lift weights 3x, run 3x, abs 2x, HTB 3x and plank every day. Read book on food addiction. Log my food. Keep calm and keto on!
