Non-scale victory of the week!

I wore a shirt that I haven't been able to wear in almost a year!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to try to get more sleep/Self-care.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

To finish with my 43 day shred and start another without any cheats. I would like to lose another 1 1/2 lbs and get in 6 workouts for my 80 day obsession.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I pinched a nerve in my back and haven't been able to continue 80 day obsession. I left off on day 29. I can hopefully start back up tomorrow. I have been getting over 10,000 steps a day and my nutrition has been great without any cheats at all! I am down almost 3lbs this week even without working out! Hard work pays off!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I wish my back didn't get injured but I think I still did great!

To get back on track with 80 day obsession and keep up with my nutrition. My weight loss goal is 1 1/2 lbs and to increase my weights by 5lbs.
