  • Im thinking of using these ones as fat burners, they are made from Green tea, Rhodiola and Spinach, someone have used them as the same purpose before? Or someone that can give me a thumbs up/down?

I've been drinking a lot of homebrew green tea if I have a fatty meal, it's like some kind of Asian rule coz it cuts grease and some studies find it lowers cholesterol. Rhodiola is a mood enhancer so might provide you with stress releif and keep you from turning to eating when a trigger pops up....

I’ve never heard of this before? Any fat burner may boost your metabolism and help you burn an extra 100-200 calories per day. Since most fat burners contain caffeine and other stimulants, they could get you moving more, or pushing yourself in your workouts a little harder - which means you’ll burn some extra calories. Don’t think any single “fat burner” is a magic pill. It always comes down to energy in and out.

Pea protein problems- Scored a huge can of organic plant protein at a great price. It's vanilla flavored and there's some other proteins mixed in but the pea really jumps out and punches you in the mouth!
I've tried these and here's what works
-coffee and lots of ice cubes
-banana, peanut butter, cocoa, or any combos of the 3
-1/8 strength in a vanilla chai latte. (sugar free)
upside is you get to drink 8 cups of chai for the gains!
doesn't work:
-any type of fruit based smoothie
-any tea. assam, earl grey, oolong, with milk, cream, no go
-matcha- the worst. Like literally drinking dirt.
Have you had any experience with this powder? Any ideas to make pea protein more palatable?

Same here, I haven’t found a pea protein I like and I am also not a fan of stevia which makes it really hard to find a protein that tastes half way okay....

No, dont be sad, you're probably just building muscle, which will help you burn more calories later on. Keep at it, and one day you'll notice that you're starting to lose, and keep losing!
