What do you feel you could have done better this week?

This was a rough few weeks for me, after having moved my daughter in to college (the first one), I was an emotional wreck. Instead of eating everything, I just stopped eating on schedule, or regular meals, and turned to comforting foods the few meals I did eat. Perfect disaster.
