  • Omg scale is saying I hit my goal this morning! Now to keep it down and strong until the official weigh out! I have to say a huge thank you to all of you! This has been such a fun and exciting experience doing this dietbet with all of you! You’re all amazing and I couldn’t have done it without you. I am starting another one right after this one titled “Get on track Before School comes back” and I hope you all do it with me to stay on point and progressing forward if you have more weight to lose. Because as we all know, if it’s not in the calendar, it doesn’t get done. Now what’s the plan for the weekend so we keep slaying towards our final weigh out!???

  • I finally switched up my veggies most and oh my gosh! I want veggies all day. Accessories really do make a difference. This is stir fry veggies and grilled chicken with a little curry dressing.

Yes Virgina!! I got mine from HEB. I used half the bag and a little bit of the curry diluted with coconut aminos. Holy cow, it was delicious.

I need more ideas for simple“veggies first” recipes. I usually just do frozen spinach or frozen mixed veggies but I need to spice it up a little. And my taste buds need a break from egg roll in a bowl lol.

Like it spicy? I'm a big fan of roasted cauliflower just dipped in Frank's hot sauce. Pan fried radishes taste like fried potatoes. I shish-ka-bobbed a bunch of onions, mushrooms, zucchini, tomatoes, peppers this weekend. Everything's better from the grill. And, you can cut a slab steak of cauliflower to bake in the oven and then top with pizza ingredients. Happy grazing!

  • Thank you so much for hosting this, Ilana!! This is my only Kickstarter at the moment, but I’m in three Transformers as well. I’m down to round 6 in each of them, and wanted to share my progress since January for anyone who’s curious about the power of participating in multiple games. They’ve been massively motivating for me, and my lifestyle has completely changed. Mindset, attitude, habits, everything.

    I hope you’re all finding your way slowly, but surely!

    Ilana is an awesome host, btw! Definitely the most active host I’ve had yet. Thanks for being so inspiring and involved!

  • Big day for me-- I made it to ONEderland!!! I started with Dietbet last November and have lost about 50 pounds to get back in the 100s.

    This kickstarter has helped me up my game. Great day and power to you all! Thanks for being here and all your great tips and pics!!!

0.7 away from goal! I have snackable veggies and lean meat for the fourth of July! Company tonight- I made a regular lasagna and a zucchini lasagna for me and fellow bunnies ;) vacation at the end of the diet bet but stocking up on snackable veggies so I'm mostly on track throughout. I know I've got this!

Any tips for post work binge or post diner binge.

Had a small muffin after dinner and I’m trying everything in my power to not have an other. Yes I know... out of sight out of mind . But they’re there!!
Anyways, tried to read some of the forum on here did some scrolling for Inspo!!

Anyways, does anyone have any mindfulness things for bingeing or what to do?!
Drinking water chewing gum doesn’t help.

Once I get it in my mind it’s like need to have it.....

Flavored tea, go for a walk, hang a goal outfit or motivational pic/quote on your fridge/pantry. Count 5...4...3...2...1.... and then make the choice grab it or walk away

Almondmilk yogurt is a great dairy free yogurt alternative. I think one of the most common brands is Silk.


Thanks ladies! The almond milk yogurt is sooo yummy but I know the tasty ones have a ton of sugar in them. I’ll check them out the next time I go to the store. I’ll look into different supplements too.
