I have been in the habit of snacking way too much. Drinking a can of sparkling water is a really helpful way to feel full and avoid some excess snacking for a little longer till its time for your next meal! Maybe just plain old self-control would be cheaper but its nice to have a handy trick on hard afternoons trying to make it till dinner.

I love sparkling water. I also noticed mineral water and zevia also really make it easier to settle my stomach and wait longer
