I gained a few pounds the last few days. For sure due to snacking. I find when I workout I want to snack more so I need to make sure to keep some healthy quick snacks in the house.

Any suggestions on some healthy/quick snacks after working out? I know working out increases my appetite, but I need to make sure the calories in are less than calories out....

Thank you everyone for your suggestions. I don’t know how to directly comment back because I have some questions for @Kat H regarding these tea drinks....

I love cucumbers but I really don’t enjoy eating fruit. Fruit is typically the easiest grab and go healthy snack so I need to get creative.

Look into programs like Rouvy (my preference) or Zwift. They have a monthly subscription, but are fairly cheap overall and have trial subscriptions that you can use. You may need to use something like TDF Data Bridge to interface with the program from your bike. You install it on your computer.

I use MFP to track my calorie intake but stay within my set macro % by eating clean nutritious food (proteins, veggies, & fruits)

I'm not following any one "diet" I'm meal planning counting both macros and calories scheduling two meals and two snacks plus one treat a day. To that I'm Adding Hiit and dance. I know it sounds like a lot but it's not as bad as it sounds.
