Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I've been up and down and back up again on the scale like a competitive mountain climber. I've been disheartened about my inability to keep weight off but not giving up. Just trying a new point of view. In addition to the healthy food choices and exercise, I'm going to work on the self-esteem issues to try to find a root cause on why I don't think I'm worth taking time to get and stay healthy ... both physically and mentally. And the cherry on top of this journey ... I HOPE AND PRAY will be a trip around the world on The Amazing Race. Submitting my video this fall when I reach my goals!
