What do you feel you could have done better this week?

This week I hurt my back so bad I’m bedridden and unable to walk. On high dose prednisone and Valium to relax the muscles and decrease inflammation. They believe it’s a herniated or torn disc. XRay reveals issues, mri next week once swelling goes down.
