I did a lot of work outside this week which helped with my StepBet goal

Keeping up with my steps and picking a very healthy meal choice at a fast food restaurant!

I was slacking on meal prep this week but have a ton of fruits and vegetables to get ready to eat this week!

Again looking to start Barre3 and really hit it hard on the yoga this week. Results are happening!

I stayed under on my weight wat hers points most of the week with one splurge day despite having my period!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Definitely more exercise. I had goals of starting barre3 and didn’t. Got a decent amount of yoga done.

Having a WW day in the first week where I ate 1pt less than my daily total

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

This is my first week, but I think I’m doing alright. I need to set up a plan of attack for the StepBet starting on Sunday!

StepBet starting. Increasing steps. Continue yoga once daily. Staying on track with WW/BTD. Possibly adding Barre3 back in 1-3x next week.
