Non-scale victory of the week!

I continued to workout and met my workout goals!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have not eaten a bag of hot fries Saturday night and 2 roles on Easter Sunday, but hey the scale is still going in the right direction:-)

Non-scale victory of the week!

I did a really good job of pushing myself and achieved 6 days of working out 5 days of burning over 1000 cals and 7 days hitting over my 640cal move goal. I also made good food options given every situation.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I wish I wouldn’t have gone over on point due to alcohol fun and also stayed with lower carb options.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I would say that I had a pretty successful week! Road tripped with a friend this weekend so I still had to make choices. Chips & queso or margarita lol, but I did and didn’t allow myself to have both. Also hit my 1000 cal goal 4 days and over my 640 goal all other days with only one day of not closing all my rings :-)

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Weekend drinks and food temptations. I also know my metabolism has gotten worse with age.

I have been counting points and trying to eat low carb, low fat. Also my goal is to exercise 5 times even if it’s only for 30min!
