I fit into my summer shorts, and I was able to go shopping and buy cute tight tank tops that look good

I was able to fit into she jeans I haven with in a while. Feeling strong

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I totally let my period take over, I are good I should not have and didn't exercise for 5 days in a row. Yesterday I weighed in and I had gone up, but I'm down again today. Lots of water weight. But I exercised Thursday and yesterday and plan on doing so for the next 7 days straight
